When I first began searching for natural male enhancement exercises and techniques, the first thing I stumbled upon was kegel exercises. These are easy-to-do and don’t take much time. After doing them for about a week, I found that my orgasms were MUCH more powerful. Plus, I was able to last longer. Kegel exercises are easy to do, and there’s no cost involved.

Kegels exercise the PC muscle, which is a pelvic muscle that holds the internal sexual organs. When you orgasm, this muscle rapidly contracts. The stronger the PC muscle, the stronger the orgasm.

To identify the PC muscle, pretend you are trying to stop the flow of urine midstream. There, you just did a kegel contraction! It’s recommended that you do 30-50 rapid contractions about 3 times a day. That’s less than 3 minutes a day. Believe me, it’s worth it.

Here’s my own personal PC workout. I try to do this 3 times a day, but if you only do it once a day you’ll really notice a big difference in your sexual response:

-Rapidly contract the PC muscle for 10 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Do this 3 times.
-Hold the PC muscle for 5 seconds. Rest for 5 seconds. Do this 10 times.
-Hold the PC muscle for 15 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds. Do this 3 times.
-Hold the PC muscle for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Do this 3 times.
-Repeat the first exercise.
