When you orgasm, this muscle rapidly contracts. The stronger the PC muscle, the stronger the orgasm.</p>

There, you just did a kegel contraction! It’s recommended that you do 30-50 rapid contractions about 3 times a day. That’s less than 3 minutes a day. Believe me, it’s worth it.</p>

I try to do this 3 times a day, but if you only do it once a day you’ll really notice a big difference in your sexual response:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;">-Rapidly contract the PC muscle for 10 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Do this 3 times.<br />
-Hold the PC muscle for 5 seconds. Rest for 5 seconds. Do this 10 times.<br />
-Hold the PC muscle for 15 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds. Do this 3 times.<br />
-Hold the PC muscle for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Do this 3 times.<br />
-Repeat the first exercise.</p>
