Natural Male Enhancements – Yes, You Can Make Your Penis a Little Bigger

Is there anything to penis enlargement? Like most men, I’m pretty interested in natural male enhancements. So I spent a fair amount of time and energy researching and trying out penis enlargement techniques, products, and exercises.

First of all, penis enlargement pills don’t work. And I was too nervous to try penis pumping because I heard that it’s easy to injure yourself. I did try jelqing, however, (slow, rhythmic pulling on the penis) but I gave up after a while because it’s just so tedious and time-consuming.

The only thing that’s worked for me is an exercise I found in a penis enlargement program called Penis Advantage. When I say it worked, I mean that I added about half an inch or so to my erection. But I still think that’s pretty amazing and I’m very happy with the results—especially since the exercise only takes between 5-10 minutes a day.

Here’s a quick overview of how this penis enlargement exercise works:

Your penis is comprised of three chambers. There are two large ones on top of your penis and a slimmer one which runs along the bottom of your penis.

When you get an erection, blood collects in the larger chambers. Your erection is limited to the size of these chambers and how much blood flows there. What this exercise does is increase the amount of blood these chambers can hold. It does this by gently breaking down the cell walls and drawing additional blood through them. The penis then repairs itself by growing the cells back bigger than before. After a while, your penis should be able to hold more blood, which means bigger erections.

This penis enlargement exercise is perfectly safe and doesn’t hurt or anything. Of course, the advertisements for Penis Advantage claim you can add 1-4 inches! I don’t know about that, but I’ve been happy with the small amount I’ve been able to add with this simple and quick exercise.

Natural Male Enhancement Exercises

When I first began searching for natural male enhancement exercises and techniques, the first thing I stumbled upon was kegel exercises. These are easy-to-do and don’t take much time. After doing them for about a week, I found that my orgasms were MUCH more powerful. Plus, I was able to last longer. Kegel exercises are easy to do, and there’s no cost involved.

Kegels exercise the PC muscle, which is a pelvic muscle that holds the internal sexual organs. When you orgasm, this muscle rapidly contracts. The stronger the PC muscle, the stronger the orgasm.

To identify the PC muscle, pretend you are trying to stop the flow of urine midstream. There, you just did a kegel contraction! It’s recommended that you do 30-50 rapid contractions about 3 times a day. That’s less than 3 minutes a day. Believe me, it’s worth it.

Here’s my own personal PC workout. I try to do this 3 times a day, but if you only do it once a day you’ll really notice a big difference in your sexual response:

-Rapidly contract the PC muscle for 10 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Do this 3 times.
-Hold the PC muscle for 5 seconds. Rest for 5 seconds. Do this 10 times.
-Hold the PC muscle for 15 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds. Do this 3 times.
-Hold the PC muscle for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Do this 3 times.
-Repeat the first exercise.
